The reform and innovation of human resource management are increasingly becoming the main concerns for the telecom operators. Based on the analysis of the current situation and the reasons for human resources management, recommendations on how to improve the human resource management mechanisms were put forward through applying the relevant human resource management theories and methods to the operation of our telecom operators.This article is organized by the following four parts. The first part is the introduction, which shows the significance of the research; The second part is the analysis of both the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation appearing in human resource management in the telecom operators; The third part is the focus of the article, in which suggestions were given on how to improve human resource management based on the previous studies; The last part is the conclusion.To improve human resource management of Chinese telecom operators, it is suggested that the most important things are the promotion of personnel environment and employment mechanism, the creation of unique corporate culture ,the establishment of a human resource management information system . What's more, it also makes specific issues in the design details for the management of performance appraisal, training programs, wage positioning and so on.
