With the continuous deepening of economic integration and network integration,the purchase behavior and purchase ideas of consumers have taken place a huge change.The popularization of mobile terminals and the rapid development of mobile phone APP have led to increasing demands from customers for product quality,product cycle,product categories,and product prices,and young consumers represented by the 80 s and90s became mainstream consumers in the Internet age.This has had a major impact on the operation and management of suppliers and retailers,especially traditional retail enterprises that are at the core of the supply chain.Meanwhile,the development of e-commerce platforms and the establishment of suppliers' own online sales platforms also pose challenges to traditional retail enterprises with the profit model of "exploiting suppliers".Current traditional retail enterprises urgently need to strengthen supply chain management.As the terminal of the supply chain,retail enterprises is crucial to timely feedback customer information and meet customer needs.With the progress of science and technology,its core position in the supply chain is becoming more and more important.Therefore,in order to make retail enterprises manage their operations better,this paper studies the construction of performance evaluation index system for retail enterprises in the supply chain environment.Firstly,this article constructs a more complete and systematic supply chain performance evaluation theoretical framework through systematically reviewing the studies of performance evaluation and summarizing the performance evaluation system and evaluation model under the supply chain environment.Though in-depth analysis of factors affecting the performance evaluation of H retail enterprises under the supply chain management environment based on H retail enterprises of the actual operating environment and management objectives on the background of Internet era,taking retail companies as an example,this paper constructs a relatively complete scientific supply chain management environment performance evaluation index system in line with current needs with balanced scorecard from the four perspectives of customers,finance,operations,learning and development,in order to improve the overall competitiveness of the supply chain with retail as the core enterprise.At the same time,in order to test the applicability of the performance evaluation index system,this paper combines the expert scoring method,the analytic hierarchy process and the mathematical statistics method to determine the weight coefficient of each layer of indicators,and constructs the performance evaluation model of H retail enterprises with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,obtains the actual data of corresponding indicators by using the scoring of H enterprise experts and financial statements,evaluates the performance of H retail enterprises in the supply chain management environment.Based on the evaluation results,this paper makes suggestions for H enterprises to improve their performance and points out that H retailenterprises should pay more attention to the improvement of business process dimension,customer dimension and learning and development dimension,so as to promote the long-term stable development of H retail industry in the context of supply chain management.
