The manufacturing enterprises on Chinese Mainland, always have some disadvantages of high-cost, inefficient and low management level due to long-term ignorance of basic management on manufacturing resources, imitating various fashionable management technologies blindly, lack of systematic research and decision of reform to the core, make the enterprises yield little after a great deal of input. It will be the highest priority for them that how to improve the overall management condition, eliminate waste, lift quality, enforce competitive capability.Furthermore, current market environment with the characteristics of customerization, intense competitive capability and diversification forces the enterprises to look for some new manufacturing mode in order to improve the productivity, shorten the responding period, eliminate waste and cut down the production cost. Originated in Japanese Toyota (Lean Product), combined with Six Sigma and popularized by the manufacturing industry in USA, the Lean Six Sigma production mode is being regarded as a desired production method by the whole world's manufacturing industry.The writer tries to systematically study Lean Six Sigma and to make a detailed analysis to the key steps and issues of Lean Six Sigma actualization at A Company for providing related principles and practicing guides for the manufacturing enterprises on Chinese Mainland.The Thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction of the background for this study's topic selection, the current status of Lean Six Sigma study and application, and the basic plan for this study.The second part is the introduction and analysis of the Lean Six Sigma system, which concerns the origination, basic principals and system construction.The third part is the analysis of the basic of A Company for Six Sigma application in. The fourth part makes a detailed analysis to some key steps and issue during the application of Lean Six Sigma.The fifth part makes analysis and discussion on some subjects, which shall take place in Lean Six Sigma actualization, like the Lean Six Sigma leadership, team construction, link between the single-piece flow and batch production, combination with MRP, and Lean Six Sigma actualization in suppliers etc.The sixth part makes the conclusion.
