| Along with deepening and perfection of the reform of investment system, especially with the establishment of reigning theories of "Scientific Development" and " Harmonious Society" advanced in 16th national membership convention of China Community Chinese Communist Party as well as the 3rd and 6th meeting of the convention in order to promote full-scale, harmonious, continuous development of the economy as well as the whole society, the government accelerate its transition course of the role and function to public administration and public services, and increase investment to commonweal projects, which makes the management of the government-funded projects clearly day by day. This paper mainly focuses on the subject, based on the background above.The paper takes a view of historical evolution of the management style of government-funded projects, mainly uses the theories of public administration, project management etc, and adopts comparative methods. By analyzing of advantages and disadvantages of management style of government-funded projects in China as well as its problems, based on drawing on the foreign experience of management style of government-funded projects abroad, combined with the author's working experience of policy study and project management in Development and Reform departments, focusing on the problems founded in practical management of government-funded projects of provincial level, the author puts forward to countermeasure of improving management style of government-funded projects, and adopt to Vicegerent Construction System. By positive analysis of the practical cases, the author validates his research conclusions both in theory and practice, which makes the conclusions exercisable.The paper, of which contains the research contents and methods, combines the practical of Gansu government-funded projects, tries to improve and perfect present management style, find breach in system innovation, and solve the management problems of government-funded projects. |
