A Study On Qiqihar's Leading Industry Choices And Development Countermeasures

That leading industries can improve the regional industrial development, is the core of regional industrial structure and main embodiment of regional specialty economy. The regional leading industry as the economic growth polar of different stages in regional economic development has the guiding and pulling roles for the evolvement directions and trends of regional economies'industrial structure. How Qiqihar makes use of its rich natural resources advantage, and turns the resources advantages to be economic advantages, and makes the rational choice according to concrete circumstances and cultivates the leading industries, is indeed a must to be seriously considered when considering Qiqihar's present regional economy development.This research takes developmental economics, industrial economics, and regional economics as the theoretical guidance, analyzes the present conditions and problems of Qiqihar's economic development and industrial structure, especially, focuses on the choices and countermeasures of Qiqihar's leading industries.This research analyzes the evolvement path, the present problems of Qiqihar's industrial structure, explains the principles and criteria of Qiqihar's leading industries, and then establishes the index system for making industrial choices, and sets up regional position entropy model and principle component analysis model of qiqihar's industries, based on entropy model to make the first choice, and then applies the results to the principle component model, combining the historical data of Qiqihar, and conducts the qualitative analysis, to decide the food-processing industry and farm and by products processing industry as the leading industries; then, taking agriculture as the basis industry to put up with the strategic objective and concrete countermeasures, presents reinforcing supporting to farm and byproducts treating and food processing industry , forming the processing base with the high performance enterprises as the core, accelerating the technology and mechanism innovation , improving the meat product quality characteristics , creating agricultural product brand development strategy into practice , developing green food processing industry energetically, and so on.
