Industrial structure optimization is an important way to promote high-quality economic development.As the capital of Hebei Province,Shijiazhuang City is in a critical period of transforming economic development methods and optimizing the industrial structure.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the industrial structure of Shijiazhuang,select the leading industries with high development level among the three industries in Shijiazhuang,promote the development of other industries through the upgrading and optimization of the leading industries,and finally realize the coordinated development of Shijiazhuang's various industries and the high quality of the economy development of.Based on the industrial structure evolution theory and industrial structure optimization theory,this paper first analyzes the industrial structure level and industrial structure characteristics of Shijiazhuang City by using the industrial structure hierarchy factor analysis method and comparative analysis method;secondly,it uses deviation-share analysis.The method carried out a preliminary selection of various industries in Shijiazhuang City and explored the problems existing in the industrial structure of Shijiazhuang City.Then it constructed an evaluation index system of high-quality development of the industry and selected the principal component analysis method to evaluate and analyze the high-quality development of the initially selected industries.The final score situation determines the leading industry;finally,countermeasures are proposed based on the conclusions obtained above.The research results show that the level of Shijiazhuang's industrial structure has increased year by year,the contribution of the tertiary industry to economic development has increased year by year,and measures such as industrial structure adjustment have achieved remarkable results;the development of the primary industry has been uneven,and the level of agricultural competitiveness compared with the province Low;pharmaceutical manufacturing and transportation,warehousing,and postal industries have strong competitiveness,but their structural advantages are not obvious;equipment manufacturing industries have better structural advantages,but their competitiveness is low compared to the province;chemical raw materials and chemicals High energy-consuming and highly polluting industries such as manufacturing still account for a large proportion in economic development;the competitiveand structural advantages of the wholesale and retail industries are good,and the evaluation score is also high;the financial industry has the highest contribution to the economy,and its structural advantages also Very good,but the level of competitiveness is low,and the evaluation score of high-quality industrial development is not high.The nine leading industries selected are: leather,fur,feathers and their products and footwear,construction,textile,wholesale and retail,chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing,wood processing and wood,bamboo,rattan,Palm,straw products,transportation,storage and postal services,Textile and apparel,apparel.
