The Study Of The Leading Industry Of Tangshan Basing On The Recycling Economy

Since reform and opening,TangShan's economy has developed a lot,especialy in industrial economy,but it also brings a lot of problems, such as shortage of resources and environmental pollution.Traditonal economic pattern has constrainted Tangshan economy seriously.So,we should find a pattern that can use natural resources reasonably,and protect environment,that is circulate economy.The leading Industry which is very important to Tangshan's economy needs circulate economy theory urgently.This paper according to theory of Industrial Economics, Regional Economics, Development Economics and Economics cycle, using the methods of qualitative, quantitative, comparison and demonstration discuss and research the leading industry's choice and development with circulate economy exoterica.Firstly, This articlegeneralized analysis background, the correlation theories and the region research, putting focus on the Tangshan industrial development present situation and the structural feature,including locational advantages, resources characteristic, environment condition, industrial structure characteristic, Industry-to-industry zone and industry to environment of influence etc. contents, full argument Tang advantage and bad situation, opportunity and challenge of industrial development, whole controled the basic condition of the city industrial development, announce to public the urgency and importance that it is very necessary for Tangshan to choose and develop leading industry again wih circulate economy theory.Second, new index system of industrial leading industries is built combining several circular economy indicators. Adopting the Method of the Principal Component Analysis, mathematical model, and SPSS software for the quantitative analysis, five core industrial leading industries are determined. Compared to the leading industries selected by the traditional index system, the major differences fall in two aspects including the ranking of each industry and the development focus of leading industries. Pollute serious industry such as Coal mining , washes out industry ,the electric power, the thermal energy production ,and the supply industry are excluded from the leading industries; But the small mechanical device manufacturing industry which are high-tech and little Pollution ,synthesis score is high, and promotes to the second big leading industry。Simultaneously, a Phenomenonshould be noticed, the five big leading industries of Tangshan which selected under the indicator of circulation economic, are the heavy industries, among them ferrous metallurgy industry with the development of a solid foundation and broad prospects for development among all leading industries in Tangshan City in the first throne. However, the research also indicates that Tangshan City shall focus on the development of the heavy industry in a considerable time period rely on its current competitive advantages. Therefore, the significant issue is how to adopt the circular economy theory to guide the development of leading industries.Thirdly, according to the above analysis ,some detail advices are given on three aspects to help Tangshan realize the goal of circulate economy ,that is government,industry and Enterprise.Finally, At the foundation of studying Tangshan industrial distribution, Unifies the Caofeidian industrial district construction development, the plan conception from the overall spatial arrangement is proposed on how to construct the better circulation economic system, of leading industries.
