Study On Selection Of Leading Industry Of Modern Service Industry And Development Path Of Enterprises In Inner Mongolia

Since the coming of the 20~th century,the global industrial economic structure has undergone major changes.In particular,the development of modern services,characterized by the exchange of information and knowledge has gradually become the main way to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in countries and regions in the world.In China,the modern service sector featuring high technology content and added value has a strong momentum of development,gradually becoming the main force leading the optimization of industrial structure.The report of the 10th Party Congress of Inner Mongolia indicated that as an economically underdeveloped region,the modern services remained a short board in the economic development of the region,with particularly prominent unreasonable structure,and enterprises were the main body of industrial structure adjustment.Therefore,based on the basic condition above,this paper selects its leading industries and whereafter,analyzes the macro development environment of enterprises in the industry and proposes countermeasures for enterprise development,so as to promote rational allocation of strategic resources,improve management efficiency as well as achieve healthy and sustainable development.With study of 11 sectors of modern service industry and related enterprises in Inner Mongolia,this paper summarizes and evaluates relevant research results at home and abroad,as well as takes Principal Component Analysis and grey clustering method as the main study tool.First,according to the research needs,a selection evaluation index system of modern service industry is established.On the basis of estimating its capital stock,serial DEA-Malmquist index method is used to calculate the value of index,which from the perspective of technological progress,is introduced as total factor productivity to measure the industry's development.Secondly,Principal Component Analysis(PCA)is used to extract four principal components which can cover multiple original index information,calculating the scores as the object of the grey clustering,in order to achieve objective weight and dimension reduction.Grey clustering method has the ability to deal with uncertainty problems and divide index level.By virtue of this advantage,such four industries as the finance,leasing and business services,culture and sports and entertainment,information transmission and computer services and software are selected as present dominant industry of modern service industry in the region.The well-known enterprises in relative fields are also introduced.Then,Granger causality tests are utilized to analyze the factors of affecting the development of modern service industry enterprises in Inner Mongolia.it is found that the improvement of urbanization is a favorable factor for the development of modern service industry enterprises in Inner Mongolia.It's found that the improvement of urbanization is favorable factors in the development of modern service industry enterprises,and the development of modern service enterprises is the granger reason that promotes the increase of per capita GDP,industrial added value,urban residents'disposable income and employment number.Finally,according to the research results,some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of modern service industry enterprises in Inner Mongolia,given our priority to the development of leading sectors of modern service industry and the factors affecting enterprise development.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper selects the leading industry of modern service industry in Inner Mongolia.On this basis,it analyzes the influencing factors of enterprise development from the macro external perspective.The research results have referential and guiding significance for Inner Mongolia to optimize the strategic layout of industrial development and promote the development of relevant enterprises.
