According to the demand of JL Mobile Communicated Limited Corporation, guided under the service channel theory, based upon the profound research of service channels' relationship of 3G mobile communication, this paper introduces the comprehensive evaluation into the appraisal of mobile communication service channels, finds out the problems that emerge in the running of China Mobile JL Company in the service channel and the chief factors that restrict the healthy development of the service channel, analyzes the influence of operating achievement, service quality, together with cooperation on the service channel and the management of China mobile communication, in order to seek for ways to optimize the service channel and improve the comprehensive efficiency of the service channel.The paper includes five chapters. Chapter One introduces the current researching situation of service channels of 3G mobile communication home and abroad. Chapter Two analyzes the influential factors of service channels of 3G mobile communication. In Chapter Three, the paper establishes a comprehensive efficiency evaluation method based on the AHP mobile communication service channel, and also founds a comprehensive efficiency evaluation index system for mobile communication service channel. In Chapter Four, with China Mobile JL Company as the researching target, the paper evaluates the comprehensive efficiency of the three service channel models of the China Mobile JL Company, and proposes corresponding optimizing strategy to improve the China Mobile JL Company's service channel system through finding out the factors that restrict the China Mobile JL Company's 3G service channel. Chapter Five concludes the paper and looks ahead of the future development.
