Price competition from low-level to high-level of service competition, and inseparable from the service marketing network marketing channels play an important role in first-line; third-generation mobile communication systems has brought us very rich business, in order to send a clear message of the business Features to customers, the role of marketing channels will become more prominent; 3G appeal for end-users, by its colorful, highly personalized and differentiated services and applications, users want and need the market channel which can bring them profuse experience. Line for the competitors, the advantage of our network has gradually reduced, while the strong service network of marketing channels can push the latest business and services to market quickly and it is the base to seize the lead. These require a higher and more urgent demand on marketing services network of Hubei Mobile's. In the full-operations environment, the core competencies role of the channels is more and more important.In this paper, Hubei Mobile as the main object of study, this paper began by describing the background and research significance. Secondly, the paper introduced the characteristics of the telecommunications industry marketing channels, Then, the paper analyzed the status and the major problems of Hubei Mobile channels. Finally, by analying the requirement of the full-operations multi-channel system for the telecom operator's request. the paper drew on experience in domestic and foreign operators of channel integration, and full-service requirements of the right channel adapter. Based on these, against the four major issues, it Proposed a set of integrated practical implementation to enhance channel Integration from the channel structure, own channels effective, control of social channels, and enhancement of electronic channels.
