This thesis studied the development strategy of the China TieTong company, by using several management theories. They must adjust their strategy while they found it is difficult that it is hardly to operate the company along the planned strategy, they must relocate themselves. Strategy adjusted need to conjoint with industrialization of telecommunication, so it's difficult and challenging certainly. The research formulation developmental strategy, causes the company full excavation to use own superiority, enhancement core competitive ability, passes such small operation business to the CTT, has certain practical significance. This article obtains from the telecommunication industry competition environment analysis, utilizes the SWOT analytic method, the PEST analytic method and the value chain analytic method and so on many kinds of methods, the analysis competition environment, definite core competitive ability and competition key aspect; Carries on the goal market to subdivide, localization goal market, choice appropriate strategy plan.
