This paper expounds the successful application of performance management system based on position race in ZL Company.Here, the paper, in the light of the actual situation and needs of ZL Company, first introduces the position race division and the construction process of its stratum system by analyzing the limitation of position management and its applicability and superiority in our company. It also explains the way and procedures to design and implement the systems of reward prompting, quality management and performance management by probing into the relationship of position race between HRMS and other systems.And finally some suggestions are put forward as well according to the achievements and problems that occur in the application and implementation of performance management system in ZL company, hence aiming to offer reference for other enterprises to construct and integrate HRMS in the aspect of combining reward prompting, quality management and performance management by means of position race.
