At present, our province has each kind of Hotels 5760, star-level hotel 516, dining enterprise 170,000, the jobholders achieve 1,200,000 people. Along with our province hotel profession's rapidly expand, is getting bigger and bigger to the managerial talent and service personnel's demand, for the TIPO International Hotel this kind of four star class standard's privately operated alone body hotel's personnel and the talented person employment advertise, the reserve and the raise has brought the huge pressure, even nearly immediate influence to hotel normal operation.
