Balanced Scorecard can enhance the quality of execution of strategy. Balanced Scorecard is a strategy description of an organization. It can translate the strategy into operation.Up to now, although the Balanced Scorecard theories existing mainly based on the research of manufacturing industry. Balanced Scorecard is applicable to the corporation who depends on human resource, service process, customer and brand to create wealth. So the Balanced Scorecard is especially applicable to hospitality industry. With the rapid development of hospitality industry and fiercer competition, the strategic management of hotel enterprises has become serious, i.e., human resources management, organizational study and innovation management, customer relationship management, hotel's corporate culture and the brand construct. These problems are exactly the four aspects of Balanced Scorecard, which foundation promotes to the hospitality industry the management quality strongly. Moreover our country has already had the cultural principle, whole development view and the application of the computer technique at hotels, all of these provide a possibility of using Balanced Scorecard in our country. The hospitality industry as a typical service industry has its own characteristics. Therefore, only the Balanced Scorecard based on the hospitality industry can gain a sustainable competitive for hotels.At the beginning of the dissertation is an introduction, in which it reviews the evolution of strategic management theory, brings forward the research significance of the dissertation, and exposits it's researching structure, researching methods as well as points of innovation. The dissertation is based on the existing research achievements of strategic management and Balanced Scorecard theories. Than analyze the Balanced Scorecard brings into the hospitality industry in our country. It starts with the review on developing process of hospitality industry in our country, Analyzes the possibility of combining the Balanced Scorecard to hospitality industry of China. Also, the successful cases of Hilton and Rujia show that the Balanced Scorecard can widely brined to hospitality industry of China. According to the characteristics of the card and the hotel the dissertation is aiming at making the hotel's Balanced Scorecard according to "equilibrium view" and implementing it basing on "not- equilibrium view". It takes a newly systematical method on solving how to implement Balanced Scorecard effectively.
