With the development of Chinese private enterprises, the problem of insufficient motivation to Knowledge Employee is gradually obvious, therefore, this article chooses the question of the motivation of Knowledge Employee to conduct the research.By researching on the demand characteristics of the Knowledge Employee and the present situation of the motivation to Knowledge Employee in private enterprises, being guided by motivation theories, profiting from the research results of the scholars, the author proposed the motivation project of the Knowledge Employee in private enterprises. The motivation project contains the intrinsic motivation and the external motivation. The intrinsic motivation inspires the knowledge employee by satisfying the spiritual need. The external motivation inspires the knowledge employee by satisfying the survival need and safety need. Based on integrating the motivation factors to Knowledge Employee in private enterprises, the article pointed out further, the private enterprise should inspire the Knowledge Employee with the intrinsic motivation factors of paying attention to individual growth and the development, job motivation, the authorization and the participation and so on and with the external motivation factors of constructing enterprise scenery together, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, standardizing enterprise internal management, improving work conditions, perfecting salary and so on. |
