Private enterprise is the important force to promote the rapid economic development in China. But the life expectancy of private enterprises is short in China. Especially China enters into the WTO, the market environment is more complex and the competition between enterprises is increasingly strengthened. Thus the private enterprises encounter more crisis and challenges. Talent is the key to solve this problem. So the effective employee motivation in private enterprises becomes one of the crucial factors to affect their survival and development.A company is the research object. Base on the employee motivation research achievements of the domestic and overseas, fully analyses A company's related Staff Structure, employee motivation problem and adverse effects by interview and research, finds out some problems about the employee motivation research achievements in A company. Base on the analysis of the reason about the existing problems, takes a research on three dimensions of ideal, systems and implementation by means of related motivation theories combining with questionnaire survey. And then brings forward some measures to perfect employee motivation of A company. Finally, illustrates some preliminary achievements about A company.The research bases on A company, hopes give A company some help to establish employee motivation mechanism, perfects employee motivation measures, enhances employee motivation, improve to enterprise. Meanwhile, provides some reference about employee motivation for the similar private enterprises.
