| With the continuous development of our country's economy and society,the competition among enterprises is ultimately attributed to the competition of talents.A enterprises are the most important assets of asset appraisal institutions and asset appraisal institutions,which are human resources.The establishment of effective incentive mechanism is fundamental to retain talents and attract talents.Therefore,the research on incentive problems of asset evaluation institutions has also become an important issue in the research of asset evaluation human resources.This article is about the research of the incentive mechanism of the asset appraisal institutions,and provides suggestions for building a perfect incentive mechanism,so as to provide references for the establishment and improvement of the incentive mechanism of our asset appraisal institutions,which has a very important practical significance.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,comprehensive analysis and other research methods,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current status and problems of the A company.Through questionnaire survey,we know that the main problems in the incentive of knowledge workers are imperfect salary system,imperfect performance evaluation system and imperfect incentive measures for knowledge workers.It is suggested that the company improve the salary system,improve the performance evaluation system,improve the training system,build staff participation in decision-making mechanism,and do well the planning of the career source for employees,so as to effectively motivate the knowledge workers inside the enterprise. |
