Research On Design-production Management Of Daqing Oil Field Design Institute

Design trade, as a knowledge-condensed industry has a broad market outlook.Now the competition in design trade is not only within the development ofcore-technology, but also including the effective implementation of series ofdesign producing management which covers project management, humanresource management and information system construction etc.Because of the restriction of planning economy system, the old way ofdesign producing management in Daqing Oil field Design Institute can not meetthe requirements of new market environment anymore. How to improve designproducing management and turn effective management into the enterprise'scompeting capability has long been a question thought by the manager of designproducing.This dissertation has done multi-perspective study and analyzing on theproblems and their causes existing in Daqing Oil Design Institute's designproducing management and has made improving proposal and countermeasurebased on advanced experience of design producing management and combiningscientific study theory.
