Architecture Design Industry (or ADI) is a traditional intelligence-intensive and knowledge-intensive serving industry, it has Played an important role in economic construction of China. After China being a member of WTO,more and more famous ADI companies from western countries are entering Chinese market, which Poses great Pressure to domestic companies which are changing from Planning-economy to market-economy. The key of an enterprise to establish and keep a long-term competition advantage is to establish a competition strategy to meet with the request of the real strength and the environment. Su Zhou MY Building Design Institute is transfers a limited-liability company in 2003 by the institution which the system becomes, its Predecessor is the Su Zhou Housing and Real estate Administered Bureau Design Office which was built in 1978. Su Zhou MY Building Design Institute was 32 years developed, the Su Zhou MY Building Design Institute faces with a problem to go into the market completely. It needs to apply the theories and the methods of enterprise strategic management on the research of the competition strategy of Su Zhou MY Building Design Institute.Firstly,this paper explains the title background and research meaning and then establishes research content. Basing on the Summarization of management theory of enterprise strategies and the description of Su Zhou MY Building Design Institute.The paper analyzes the four factors-strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats in SWOT. Basing on evaluating the strengths,weakness opportunities and threats of the institute development,the paper analyzes the combining strategy of advantages,disadvantages, opportunities and challengesLastly confirms the strategy aim of the development of Su Zhou MY Building Design Institute. meanwhile aiming at this goal,it brings forward corresponding developing strategy. The n it advances the layout of developing strategy of Su Zhou MY Building Design Institute. At Present,the reference to the building design institute strategic research is quite limited in domestic. The writer tries propose some own suggestions for SZYMBDI,based on the work experience there and theories of strategy. We hope it will be a worthwhile Reference to the developing of SZYMBDI designing market. The focus is on service marketing, and hopefully the thesis would to some extent be of some help and reference to the whole industry.Because the limit of time and the author's limited range of knowledge, the places of deficiency and omission existing in the article, still earnestly welcome readers to make a comment.
