Research Of The Third Party Logistic Enterprises' Capability Maturity Model

This paper uses the thought of the Capability Maturity Model of software and begins the research with the logistic capability of the Third-party Logistic Enterprise.Then it constructs the Logistic Capability Maturity Model of the Third-party Logistic Enterprise step by step, and uses the questionary to evaluate and improve that Model.The first part of this paper gives us an introduction about the origin, research status and research framework of the topic, also determine the train of thought and method of the research substantially.In order to emphasis the importance of improving the logistic capability, the second part of this paper starts with the domestic and foreigh developing status about the Third-party Logistic Enterprise, and analysis the gap between dometic and foreign Third-party Logistic Enterprise.The third part of the paper does a further research about the concept of logistic capability, enterprises' logistic capability and the Third-party Logistic Enterprises' logistic capability.After that, it analysises the factors of the Third-party Logistic Enterprises' logistic capability.The fourth part of the paper is the core of the research. On the base of previous research, the paper constructs the Logistic Capability Maturity Model of the Third-party Logistic Enterprise and uses the questionary to evaluate and improve that model.And the paper make a probe in the area of applicating that model.The last part of the paper gives us a conclusion and the further research direction in the future.
