Research On Risk Management Of Software Project

Software project is a large system, it is complex, high-technical and technique updates very frequently. Software product is abstract. There are many risks in the software project. Along with developing of software industry, software project becomes larger and larger; it is becoming difficult to control risk. So some software projects were failed. So software risk management is very important. The purpose of software risk management is that the software project will succeed.In this paper, status of software risk management is studied and we think that there are some problems in software risk management. In the system point of view, there is a new way to solve these problems. We analyze the relation between software risk management and software project management, and find that software risk management is very important for software project. A new model for software risk management is founded. It is a feedback circle. Then we analyze the law of movement of software risk, and present a method to solve the problems in software project. At last, the new model for software risk management was used in a large software project.
