Research On Coordination Mechanism Of Supply Chain Strategic Alliances

The Strategic alliance in Supply chain is a kind of enterprise organization form, which is studied and explored widely and applied with the thought of the Supply chain management and the research on strategic alliance. It has the advantage existing in the two kinds of organization forms, supply chain and strategy alliance, and emphasizes the strategic cooperation in supply chain to adapt the modern market environment changes. Especially, in our country, faced with the more and more intense international competition environment, the forms of supply chain strategy alliance all have the very strong practical significance to our country's many enterprises.Actually,in every organization among the enterprises,the coordination is the essential content in the management, and also is the important foundation for the organization to exist and play its role, and to bring the income to the enterprise. Without the coordination, any organization will not be able to run. Therefore, this article selects the coordinated mechanism about the supply chain strategy alliance as the main content, attempts to study the content of the coordinated mechanism detailedly, and then finds a practical and feasible way to establish the effective coordinated mechanism of the supply chain strategy alliance .Starting with the research on supply chain strategy alliance, this paper makes an analysis about this emerging organization form, including its concept, characteristic, function and so on. Then with the further analysis about the maladjusted phenomenon in the supply chain strategy alliance, it will draw out the vital significance of the coordinated mechanism.Further more, this article proposes the level model of the coordination mechanism of supply chain strategy alliance, which divides the coordinate mechanism into three levels from the top downward, including the strategic coordination, the benefit coordination and the service coordination , and makes detailed treatise about the content on each level .Finally, this article selects a foreign trade company dealing with rag to make an analysis and research on its supply ,and makes the coordinate mechanism into practice in the enterprise, solving many difficulties which the enterprise will face. At the same time, it also effectively proves that the conclusion of this article has practical significance to the enterprise.
