Research On Logistics Service Supply Chain Coordination In ZWY Company

With the rapid development of information technology, more personalized customer demands and the integration of the world economy supply chain management has become a hot topic. Supply chain is an enterprise network which is made of many independently economic entities or different departments from a company. The members of supply chain always have different goals and own different private information as working together, there inevitably arise conflicts of interest which make the performance of the supply chain decline, the profit of the supply chain decrease, and ultimately the whole supply chain being in a state of maladjustment.As the competition between corporations turns to the competition between the supply chains, the coordination between different members become more and more important. The corporations could keep existent only by improving their competitive abilities. After consult and summarize other papers that studied channel coordination, in this dissertation I first review the strategy of supply chain coordination mechanism,the reasons of channel no-coordination. Based on these concepts above, I choose a comprehensive domestic logistics supplier as the abject of study. I review the supply chain development history of this company and the problem of it during the implement of supply chain coordination. Based on the characteristic of this company I give them three supply chain coordination mechanisms:information sharing mechanism, pricing mechanism and strategic partner mechanism. The theory and practice try to summarize the analysis of path to answer and resolve supply chain issues related to the coordination mechanism and look forward to provide some effective functioning of positive and effective ideas and suggestion.
