In recent years, as a result of the economic growth with the high speed in the world, the architecture industry has obtained the continuing prosperity. The more and more domestic construction enterprises carry out the international engineering project. Because the international project is affected by many factors and Chinese contractor's own strength mostly is weak, the international project management, especially the risk management, must be thought more.The thesis carries out the system research form the contractor's view. At first, the basic concepts and the characteristics of risk factor are introduced. According to the characteristics and developing trend of the international project, the risk factor in the international project is analyzed and the total international project risk management is proposed. Risk management is divided into the five courses: risk identification, risk estimation, risk assessment, risk control, risk monitoring. Secondly, the method system of international project risk management is established. Based on risk identification, elaborate the risk estimation and risk assessment is elaborated. And according to the result, how to control and monitor the risk factor is taken the way. Finally AHP method is applied into a real case of the international project to show the course of risk management and the method system of international project risk management is proved.The thesis adopts quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis and demonstration analysis to do the research to the international project risk management and establish the method system of international project risk management. Through this research, we expect to reference or assist for the contractor undertaking the international project risk management. |
