Research On Risk Management Of International Forestry Cooperation Project Sino-German Financial Cooperation Project On Watershed Management On Forest Land Beijing As An Example

With the development of China’s environmental and ecological problems have become increasingly prominent. To solve these problems, the development of forestry play a very important role. Until now, the Chinese government has been committed to promoting the development of forestry, and made a lot of outstanding achievements. At the same time, there is still a gap between the level of development of China’s forestry and the world advanced level. In order to effectively promote the development of forestry, international forestry cooperation projects will be more and more popular. International forestry cooperation projects in China, as new projects of cooperation, its development is still in its infancy. To make international forestry cooperation projects in China has been healthy and rapid development, its research on risk management is extremely important. Therefore, this paper empirical international forestry cooperation project risk management system effective research by reference.First, by reading a lot of literature, in-depth understanding of international forestry cooperation project risk management theory basis, specific to the system of project risk management risk identification, risk evaluation and risk control to a link are analyzed and sorted.In features, elements, classification and other basic understanding of project risk management, and further understanding of international forestry cooperation project risk management features, which summarize international forestry cooperation project risk management framework.Then, research on a typical case of Sino-German Financial Cooperation Project on Watershed Management on Forest Land Beijing. Specifically, based on international forestry cooperation project characteristics, project risk analysis and identification, it is concluded that the project is the main risk; accordingly to build the risk evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight, divided the risk rating of the project; finally elaborated project risk control content, good risk monitoring and for different levels of project risk developed corresponding risk response strategies and measures.The results showed that the overall risk of the project is small, but the individual risk of a greater impact on the project, such as economic risks and natural risks. In response to these risks, the project has taken the appropriate measures and coping strategies, it has been effectively controlled. Through this series of studies, not only scientific and effective management of the project risks, but also to provide reference for the smooth implementation of other international forestry cooperation projects.
