In the increasingly competitive world, the talents flow from one place to another very frequently in almost every field. Many enterprises have truly realized that the competition of modern enterprises turn out to be that of talents. In order to attract and keep talents, the enterprises must try to make the employees move content, foster their sense of ascription, continuously enhance their centripetal force, and finally bring humanistic management into effect. This study investigates whether the employees are satisfied with their work in the private.owned manufacturers in southern Jiangsu, seeks for the measures that can improve Human Resource Management, and also gives some suggestions about management.The study refers to a great many interrelated literatures at home and abroad, summarizes some forefathers' research findings, and then collects and amends, by analytical method towards literature and structured visitation, the factors that may influence the employees' satisfaction with their work. And it classifies these factors and finally confirms 5 fundamental ones of them. To ensure feasibility of the research, this study collects plenty of data related and designs the questionnaire according to every variable, then works out the first draft of questionnaire to carry out spot check. After amending the first draft many times, it finally comes in being the formal version.With the formal questionnaire, we have investigated 170 employees from the manufacturer in Southern Jiangsu, and finally taken back 163 effective questionnaires. We analyze these data with the methods of description statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis etc. First of all, we check up reliability and validity of the stylebook, and aiming at the scoring of every question, carry through description statistics analysis. Second, we embark on the single factor variation analysis according to everybody's personality, meanwhile analyze those evidently different factors. And at last we draw the relative conclusion.This study investigates and studies satisfaction extent of the employees in these manufacturers, and designs corresponding questionnaires. It can make the entrepreneurs fully understand the employees' intention, effectively inspire the employees, increase their satisfaction extent, and improve the management of modern enterprises.
