In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,Internet finance has also developed rapidly.Internet financial operation costs are low and work efficiency is high.It can make up for the asymmetry of traditional financial information and bring huge impact to the banking industry.At the same time,AI technology is also developing rapidly,and AI technology has a strong penetration into banking industry.The application of artificial intelligence can improve the efficiency of banking services,reduce operational risks and reduce costs,which has caused a huge squeeze on the living environment of the grass-roots employees in the banking industry.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is located in the north of China.The harsh natural environment,backward infrastructure construction and outdated ideas lead to backward education and lack of talents,which in turn leads to backward economic development.As far as banking industry is concerned,compared with developed areas,the educational level and quality of employees at the grass-roots level are quite different.In addition,the pressure of work and the low salary and salary of employees at the grass-roots level make them stick to their own work,focus only on performance,lack of active learning attitude,lack of enthusiasm and creativity,lack of overall concept,weak sense of service and loyalty to the organization.Insufficient,high turnover intention and a series of employee engagement problems.In order to solve these problems,this paper conducts an empirical investigation on the grass-roots employees of banking industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Selecting sampling survey method,the survey is divided into three parts: the first part is demographic variables,including age,gender,education level,working life,monthly salary five items;the second part is the survey of job satisfaction of grass-roots employees in Inner Mongolia banking industry,including pay satisfaction,promotion satisfaction,managerial satisfaction,work flow satisfaction,interpersonal relationship satisfaction.The third part is a survey of the current situation of job engagement of grass-roots employees in Inner Mongolia banking industry,which is divided into two dimensions: job engagement and organizational engagement.This paper studies the difference analysis of demographic variables on employee job satisfaction and employee engagement,and the correlation analysis and regression analysis of six dimensions of employee job satisfaction and employee engagement respectively.It draws the conclusion that demographic variables affect employee job satisfaction and then affect employee engagement.The research results can help us take more targeted human resources management measures to improve the job satisfaction of grass-roots employees in the banking industry,and then improve the professional engagement of grass-roots employees in the banking industry,and provide management advice for banking managers.
