The staff' s satisfaction,not only relates to their own work efficiency,but also affects the entire enterprise and even the entire industry's operating performance.The development of manufacturing industry in developing countries is late,the staff' s management is extensive,and the research on staff' s satisfaction in development has important theoretical significance and practical value.On the basis of the study at home and abroad,this paper mainly adopts the method of literature,case analysis,questionnaire survey and empirical research,starting from the basic concept of manufacturing and staff' s satisfaction,in Mongolia,for example,this article analyzes the development of its manufacturing,building the Mongolia manufacturing staff satisfaction measurement system,analyzing the influencing factors of staff' s satisfaction,Mongolia manufacturing design of Mongolia manufacturing staff satisfaction and its influencing factors questionnaire;Based on the factor analysis method,Mongolia manufacturing staff satisfaction is evaluated;based on multiple regression analysis model,the impact of staff ' s satisfaction in Mongolia manufacturing empirical research,and putting forward the ascension of Mongolia manufacturing staff satisfaction countermeasure.Through this research,to further enrich the domestic related research topics,expand the domestic research on the satisfaction of employees from manufacturing,and provide the reference for similar to Mongolia's developing countries to improve its manufacturing staff satisfaction;to guide Mongolia manufacturing enterprises to improve staff management level,promote the business performance of manufacturing enterprises in Mongolia and even the whole manufacturing industry promotion.Through the research of this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)the evaluation results of Mongolia manufacturing employees' satisfaction show that the satisfaction of the manufacturing industry in Mongolia is between"unsatisfactory" and "general".Most of Mongolia's manufacturing employees'satisfaction is low,and the difference is not big.There was no statistical difference in the satisfaction degree of manufacturing employees with different age,marital status,education level and family income.There are statistical differences in the satisfaction of manufacturing employees with different positions and enterprise attributes.The work environment and work remuneration of production personnel and technical personnel are lower than the management staff,so their satisfaction is relatively low.The production of food and beverage,textile production and coke and coal production enterprises as well as other enterprises,because of heavy pressure,poor working environment,their staff' satisfaction was lower than other manufacturing industries.(2)regression analysis showed that,in the case of model free control variables and control variables,in addition to the work itself,the work environment,work pay and career development will have a positive impact on employee satisfaction.The return coefficient of work is the biggest,and the greatest impact on employee satisfaction.The significant coefficients of the control variables are greater than 0.05,indicating the gender is not significant,and other control variables has little effect on employee satisfaction,this may be related to the Mongolia manufacturing industry's overall low employee satisfaction and its smaller internal differences.Adjusting model shows that the work value will be influenced by the work itself and wok return to influence employee satisfaction,after joining the work values of this variable,the work itself,the impact on employee satisfaction becomes significant,the influence coefficient also becomes larger.Organizational culture will affect employee satisfaction through the adjustment of work environment and career development.Under the adjustment of organizational culture,the impact of job satisfaction on employee satisfaction is weakened,and the influence of working environment and career development on employee satisfaction is enhanced.(3)to improve the staff' s satisfaction of Mongolia country manufacturing industry,the Mongolia's manufacturing enterprise must improve the salary system and the working environment of enterprises,strengthen the staff' s training and education,their work value guidance and the construction of organizational culture.
