Under the new normal and the background of social transition,China's manufacturing industry will still occur at high focus on self change and innovation,and talent is the key factor of the reform and innovation for the enterprise.At the same time the overall standard practitioners knowledge level of the automobile manufacturing enterprises in our country is not high,facing the harsh realities of the relatively low level of productivity.To improve the employees' viscosity,enhance the job satisfaction and reduce turnover rate.For the most of the enterprises,promoting employees' work enthusiasm has become one of the pressing problems.Company A is one of the typical representatives among the automobile manufacturing industry in the current economic whose form needs to be further developed.To achieve the win-win situation,the enterprise and employees are getting more and more attention to the organization socialization,personal-matching and employee happiness Therefore,the system,in-depth research of organization,and the matching relationship between personal-organization and employee's well-being encourages enterprises to adjust better on organization socialization,personal-matching and the relationship between the employees' well-being in order to obtain a bigger benefit,the development of the enterprise and the staff is of great importance on guiding significance.In this paper,on the basis of research results at home and abroad,starting from the characteristics of enterprise organization socialization in China,organizational socialization and employee job satisfaction intermediary variable individual-tissue compatibility.Organizational socialization and personal-tissue matching,and the relationship between employee job satisfaction,build a theoretical model put forward the corresponding assumptions.Investigate A company organization socialization influence on employee job satisfaction.Based on the domestic research on the basis of the characteristic of enterprise organization socialization,to further explore A company employee satisfaction situation in our country,and in the form of questionnaire survey,through data analysis,build A company organizationsocialization influence on employee job satisfaction model,and find out the key influencing factors;Put forward the countermeasures to improve A company employee job satisfaction,promote the company A better development of organizational socialization.
