| Since 90s of the 20th century, the development of global supply chain brings a series of challenges to modern enterprise operation, so how to satisfy the demands of market and build a better and faster organization model becomes the topic of this article. At the same time, with the development of virtual enterprise, there appeared a series of problems so that the traditional "strong-strong" virtual enterprise system and the virtual enterprise partner selection based on core competence is so vulnerable to global supply chain. Therefore, analyzing virtual enterprise based on global supply chain and perfecting the shortages of traditional enterprise theory has drawn increasing attention both practitioners and academic researchers.Hence, the contributions of this paper are four-folds: (1)Differences among virtual enterprise and other relative theoretical concepts and life cycle of virtual enterprise are discussed. (2) Putting forward the conception of virtual enterprise based on global supply chain through analyzing its feasibility and necessity, of which advantages are discussed. Besides, by comparing organization chart and flow chart, the framework of virtual enterprise and the model of knowledge conversion process are proposed. (3) Designing a virtual enterprise partner selection method upon chain, and making a case study. (4) After studying shortages of current cost theory, a particular cost analysis method towards virtual enterprise and a cost report framework for virtual enterprise based on multi-agent are designed to improve cost control process and realize the object of virtual enterprise's cost control. |
