A Model Research On Partner Selection Of Virtual Enterprise

With the increasingly fierce market competition, customers’ demands graduallybecome more personalized and diversification, nowadays, enterprises are faced withmore opportunities and challenges than ever before. Therefore, how to make theenterprises use the resources and information effectively is the enterprises’ top priority,then the enterprises can win competitive advantage. Virtual enterprise can quickly rollout new products or services to meet customers’ special needs by integrating distributedtechnology and resources, which can solve the problems we now face. And the key fornormal operation of the virtual enterprise is partner cooperation and trusting with eachother, the relationship of the partner in virtual enterprise will directly relates to thesuccess or failure of the entire virtual enterprise. Therefore, in order to improve theoverall efficiency of virtual enterprise, this paper deeply studies on partner selection ofvirtual enterprises.First of all, this paper puts forward the topic background, research significance andthe existing problems, and analysis partner selection of virtual enterprise. It summarizesthe connotation and characteristics of virtual enterprise. And then it analyzes the virtualenterprise’s types and forms of cooperation. It tells the whole process of theconstruction of the virtual enterprise.Secondly, this paper analyzes the principle and process of partners selection ofvirtual enterprise. The preliminary screening of partners selection of virtual enterprise istold, it quickly filter numerous potential partners and determines effective candidatepartners. The evaluation index system of partners selection of virtual enterprise issummed up, it mainly studies by the basic principles of evaluation index system, thecomprehensive evaluation index of virtual enterprise partners and calculation method ofevaluation index virtual enterprise partners.Finally, Fuzzy AHP is used to comprehensively evaluate partners. The basicprinciple and steps of genetic algorithm,and the common between genetic algorithmand virtual enterprise partner selection are analysis. The partners portfolio optimizationmodel based on genetic algorithm is build. It proves by case studying that the comprehensive evaluation model of partners based on Fuzzy AHP is the feasible andpracticable in the process of partner selection and optimization of virtual enterprise.
