The paper uses the microeconomics theory to analysis how the Lead Logistics Provider comes into being,the development of the enterprise logistics model and the relationship of the Lead Logistics and the Supply Chain. It also makes the feasibility study for the enterprise before implement the Lead Logistics model and gives the actual case study of this model. In the end,the paper also provides some experience and advice for China logistics company reference.The paper total has six parts. The first part explains how the Lead Logistics Provider comes into being through the demand and supply two aspects and its relationship with 3rd party logistics and 4th party logistics.The second part uses the microeconomics theory analyzes how the Lead Logistics arise and the development the enterprise logistics model.
