It is the time for the enterprise to focus on the transfer of the management from substance flow to knowledge and information flow for the existence and development , human resource management has become the lasting source of competitiveness and remuneration system is the most important part of HR management. Applying the new remuneration management system to motivate staffs work , keep the competitiveness and build the common effective tool for the organizations and individuals .The existed remuneration system is the research subject for this thesis aims at motivating the staffs work and increasing organizational competitiveness. Firstly, to analyze and study the existed remuneration system and then propose the problems existed in the remuneration distribution including severely equalized remuneration distribution, lacking of scientific job evaluation , unfair distribution and oversimplified remuneration system design program. To design a set of new remuneration system distribution program which is fair, national, scientific and motivated , including the annual salary for the senior managers and Department managers, structural wage proposal for the functional sections and commission on performance for the staffs in the profit-making business departments. This paper bases on the remuneration basic theory, incentive theory and the use of comparative analysis method, case study method and method of combining theoretical research with practical research. Finally, the paper do the comparison on the new and old remuneration system from and also appraise on the new remuneration system .This article is targeted on putting forward the improved remuneration plan for the common problems existed in the remuneration distribution of the retailing, which can be used for reference for reforming the remuneration design and improving employee enthusiasm and enterprise Competitiveness of the others in the same industry...
