Because the compensation stimulation system of Huaneng Incorporation branches managers has some deficiencies,such as the power of stimulation is weak,the relationship of compensation and performance is not tight,on the basis of analyzing the traits and function of annual salary system,basic theories of annual salary system and the modes of annual salary system domestic and overseas,design the given annual salary system for Huaneng Incorporation through analyzing the situation of Huaneng Incorporation and its branches,and evaluate the given annual salary system.The evaluation results shows the given system can indicate the responses and management difficulties of corporation managers,the relationship of the annual salary level and managers' performance is very tight,the given system has long-term stimulation function.At the end of the paper,recount the corporation managers' performance evaluation system for the given annual salary system and other suggestions for successful execution of the given annual salary system.
