With the salary reform of state-owned and state-funded enterprises promoted by the country,the enterprises have the more deeply aware of the fact that under the trend of fierce competition in the global,the competition of comprehensive strength among enterprises is increasingly reflected in talent competition,and compensation strategy is the key for companies to retain talents,it is an important issue directly related to the corporate development.An enterprise should only through effectively solving staff problems in order to get a long-term development,and the staff problems can be effectively addressed only by developing the remuneration system adapting to the corporate strategy.After years of development,Company K has its business under continuous expansion,together with the increasing number of staffs.The original remuneration system,especially the enhance system of employee wages and bonus incentive system have been unable to meet the development needs and employee needs of current company,which has also affected continuous expansion of corporate business and corporate team stability.Therefore,it's necessary to timely optimize the original remuneration system to change the single salary promotion channel.The company can attract the talented personnel by improving and perfecting the existing remuneration system,thus to promote the improvement of management level and operational efficiency.This paper will first start from identifying the purpose and significance of optimizing the remuneration system of Company K,combining with the relevant theory and main mode of compensation design,and choice of compensation design,thus to strictly control principles and processes of remuneration system design.The author analyzes status quo of existing remuneration system of Company K,and investigate the posts of Company K,so as to find out problems of existing remuneration system existed in Company K.Secondly,the author will identify optimization orientation and thinking,focusing on the study of two aspects of the enhance system of employee wages and bonus incentive system,combining with the personnel composition,the remuneration system and other aspects of Company K,so as to have a fundamental understanding of remuneration system of Company K from both the theoretical and practical aspects to summarize defects of existing two aspects of the enhance system of employee wages and bonus incentive system.Finally is to carry out the study of the problems summed up according to the analysis,the author finds out the scheme to optimize employee remuneration system of Company K through the summary,comparative analysis,questionnaire and other methods,and designs a set of optimized,scientific remuneration system complying with corporate development needs according to actual situation of Company K design.At the same time,the author puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of this scheme.
