The competition in telecom market since 2001 is fiercer and fiercer, many telecom enterprises use every conceivable stratagem to get better position in price struggle. The aim for telecom enterprises of our country are to create advantages in competition, meet with customers' commands, realize the maximum value of shareholders, continued development. In our country, the outstanding problems in the development of telecom enterprises are price and service. In the lower stage of telecom competition, the price is major element. With the telecom competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer, service takes place of price in the telecom market, which is important weapon and focus of many telecom enterprises. How to create and keep service advantages has relation with the increase of competition ability and long-term development for telecom enterprises.This paper firstly study theories of product life cycle, management of customers' relations, core competition ability and service marketing; then according to the environments of QQHR CNC, analyzes the micro-macro marketing environments, product life cycle and service marketing strategy. It also points out the disadvantages of service marketing strategy and reasons of the problem under the situation of fierce competition and give the model of SWOT; after this, on the base of above work, this paper makes practicable marketing strategy to increase the competition ability and give the combined strategy from differential strategy, brand strategy, customers' satisfaction strategy, service marketing tactics combination to keep and enhance advantages of marketing; at last gives suggestion and measurements of applying the new marketing strategy efficiently.
