After China joins WTO, China’s economy is roaring and logistics industry enjoys a high level speed in this background. Affected by global financial crisis, the logistics industry of China has been struck seriously, plus fierce competition of the local market, small and medium-sized third-party logistics enterprises meet the toughest problem that is how to secure the advantage position in the competition.Many small and medium-sized logistics enterprises lacking the sense of crisis, still adopting the old traditional marketing concept and carrying out the marketing mechanically, not emphasize the importance of service marketing. In this way, companies lose the competitive advantage gradually and external market share, finally accelerating the enterprises declining.This text takes the third-party logistics enterprise-HT company as the research object. With data by a questionnaire survey and Service Quality Model theory, this article analyze HT company present marketing question and reason, then make out the marketing tactics that have put forward the difference that regards customer as the centre of establishing&served and some specific solutions to logistics enterprise’s marketing improvement, in this way HT enterprise expand the market and increase profit, leading to make the leading advantage competition. According to the service marketing status of HT company, combining service marketing theory, make out taking customer’s demand as the centre HT company serve marketing make tactics up under the guidance of marketing strategy of the service:Products tactics, personnel’s tactics, service course tactics, showing the tactics, electronic business strategy tangibly; At the same time, this text designs the complete implementation measures to make sure the implementation of HT company’s service tactic.From the perspective of logistics service marketing theory, this article put forward the corresponding strategy of service marketing and service marketing strategy implementation, to some extent, which has enriched the service marketing theory in the field of logistics theory. At the same time, there is certain reference significance to the other companies that is similar HT enterprise in the implementation of services marketing.
