This paper sets forth the significance of executing service marketing transformation of JD telecom enterprise, after which the paper discusses the principle, the methods and the theory basis of the service marketing. Thought the analysis about current situation, the author further attempts to find out a way to do well in service marketing and puts forward the tactics and the concrete methods of the transformation. The first is the tactic of marketing channels, which talks about mainly the differentiation service. The second is the tactic of staff, and a series of inside security methods would be discussed to some extent. The last one is the tactic of customers, JD telecom enterprise should enhance the customer satisfaction through implementing a series of scientific methods.
