As the competition in Chinese automobile industry become fiercer in21stcentury, development of automobile logistics supply chain has received more attentionfrom automobile manufacturers. In this paper, literature about lean production, supplychain collaboration management as well as logistics distribution was reviewed andanalyzed to summarize related theories, logistics distribution system that synchronizewith production line was discussed and a simulation software named Flexsim wasused to conduct the simulation study.An introduction about supply chain collaboration management, logisticssynchronization mode together with logistics distribution and assembling processsynchronization theories and research status was made first, parts distribution modeand methods of automobile manufacturers was then stated, which is followed bypremise study of synchronized logistics distribution system. Influence factors andevaluation indicators during the implementation of the synchronization process werealso discussed, based on which, in the condition of time delay penalty factor wasintroduced, a synchronized logistics distribution system model was established byusing penalty function. A case study of FAW-Volkswagen A6L production line waspresented, the synchronized logistics distribution system model was taken into use torationalize layout and to improvement of existing problems of current production linelogistics distribution system. Finally, simulation research of synchronized logisticsdistribution system in the case study was carried out by the software Flexsim, indexescomparison and analysis was made between current logistics distribution system andsynchronized logistics distribution system to demonstrate the scientific characteristicand feasibility of the synchronized logistics distribution system.Based on the experience summarization of the synchronized logistics distribution system, further research about automobile parts distribution was proposed. Influencesof information flow, parts quality and economic interest maximization of eachindependent entity on the supply chain as well as the entire supply chain on logisticsdistribution system were recommended to study more in-depth.
