Along with the fast development of world port industry, the importance of port group informatization is increasing quickly. For port groups, human resource management is an important part of the port group informatization. Currently, the study on the human resource informatization of port group in local and abroad is not wild. There fore, the general research of the human resource management information system of the port group has higher realistic meaning.The study on information system planning of human resource management in Guangzhou port group is sub-topic of tutor's subject --"informatization planning of Guangzhou port group". In the research, the author carried on iterative investigation and delicacy of requirements analysis. Meantime, the author took this topic as a blue origin; carry on the study on information system planning of human resource management in port group.First, the author introduced a related theories, overviewed the present situation of domestic and international human resource manage informatization, analyzed the existent problems in the informatization of human resource management of the port group.Then, in the guidance of business enterprise informatization theories and the human resource management theories, combining with the characteristics of port group, the author analyzed the business flow of human resource management in Guangzhou port group, optimized the key process, elicit the data flow, then put forward an general scenario of information system of human resource management in the port group, and go deep in the exploring of the interface strategy.In the end, the author did some premilinary research on the application on analysis of Markov in the human resource forcasting, proposed some suggestions on the system implementation.
