As a critical part of logistics network, ports play a significant role in national economy. Whatever a enterprise's core business is, financial management has always been a core management function of enterprise. As a Port Group, the financial control is playing a core role in the management of subordinate companies .Along with the rapid development of informationazation, the traditional means of financial management can no longer meet the current financial management needs of Port Group, Port Group must establish the financial management information system, achieve the informationazation of financial management.First, this paper introduced the concept of enterprise group, analyzed the distinction in between the financial management of enterprise group and general financial management , summed up the factors that impact the financial management mode selection , described the current situations of the informationazation of enterprise group's financial management in the world.Next, this paper described the concept of the Port Group and the common points in the major domestic Port Group. Then took Guangzhou Port Group as an example, combining financial management related theories to discussed its financial management mode, analyzed the status and problems of its financial management business processes, brought forward the elementary solutions, analyzed the data flow of financial management of Port Group.Based on the analysis of finance management mode and process of the Port Group, this paper Put forward total structure and function system of the financial management information system of the Port Group, also put forward some suggestions about the system implement step and develop strategy, and discussed a key problem—cost accounting group by cargo categories from the information-based angle.
