In this paper, we will analyze the problem of project management on technicalreformationengineeringinaerospacefactories,andthengivetheimprovements.As a special line of own-stated enterprise,aerospace factories have maken morecontribution to our National Defence construction.To begin with,the paper introduces thetheories of project management.Although there are many projects in aerospace factories andthe project management has become more and more important, the project managementquality is not so good. In order to solve this problem, we'll select one aerospace factory—Xinli Factoryas a sample.Through a bigger technical reformation project, we will analyzethe problems exiting in technical reformation'project management. On the basis of problemanalysis,we'llgivetheimprovements.
