With the complicated international relationship,accelerating development of aerospace science and technology industry,as well as increasingly fierce competition,international development is the only way for China's traditional large-scale aerospace industry group to seek sustainable development,to be in the forefront of the international aerospace science and technology industry,and to achieve the goal of Aerospace power strategic choice."The Belt and Road",Go-out Strategy,global cooperation on production and a series of major national strategic plan has brought new opportunities for development of the group.But at the same time,a large gap in the aspect of international business income of group and accounted for integrate degree,overseas assets,international marketing channels,global high-end industrial chain are still existing with the international first-class aerospace groups,the road of internationalization has long way to go.Through the SWOT analysis of a Chinese large Aerospace Group,combined with the cases from the international development of both domestic and foreign advanced enterprises,this paper gives the relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the future international business of the of the group and China's other military enterprises.It is hoped that some enlightenment and reference are made to the road of its international development.
