The shortage of current electric power enterprise performance measurement isbecoming obvious in the continuously changeable environment. Primarily,the shortagesinclude the following aspects:(l)Over-emphasizing on the enterprise inner evaluationwhile neglecting the social performance analysis;(2)Emphasizing the economicperformance indexes while neglecting the social performance indexes;(3)Paying moreattention to financial index,while ignoring non-financial index. These shortages not onlybring about obstacle when measurement the enterprises'performance,but also maymislead the enterprise development.According to the necessity of the electric power enterprise Performancemeasurement improvement combined with the analysis of the exterior environment,market construction and the characteristics of the electric power industry,this paperadopts the balance scorecard method put forward by Kaplan and Norton from fouraspects,that is finance,the customer,inner process,study and grow up. At the sametime,it makes use of the Delphi technique,AHP decision-support model to engenderweighted index. As the result,we setup a new electric power enterprise performancemeasurement. |
