The training system is key to an enterprise. The training system of an organization provides a systematic performance enhancement opportunity to employees. The main task of training should be same as the organizations'. The training system based on the strategy of the enterprise would be critical. Key positions are important to an enterprise, such as manager and senior technicians. The key positions used to be employees who have been well trained by the company due to the fact that hiring new comers to the important positions could be negative to internal employees. The way of internal training system and how to merge the system into the enterprise strategy are critical.The thesis discusses a new way of employee training based on the human resources planning, a link between the enterprise development strategy and employee training. The way could bond employee training system into the strategy of organizations.The training system discussed in this thesis emphasizes on the training of key roles in the enterprise. |
