With the entrance of WTO and the development of domestic economic, the marketing competes fury and the circumstance of enterprise is more and more challenging. Companies pay increasing attention on people, being the motile and core resource. How to promote conforming enterprise's inside resource and improving the competing ability is a exigent task. In this text, by the study of human resource management (including HR layout, invitation, training and exploder, performance, reward ,work relation, information systems construction, corporation culture) in HUAYUAN Paper-making Company, help the company build the modernist HRM system, which is taking the worker as the centre, every person can trying his best, person being connected with the post, worker going up and down expeditely. The new HRM system strengthen the post management and pay attention to HR train and tap, according to marketing rulers and national regulation and cutting and efficient criterion.
