The Research Of Enterprise's Tax Management

Taxpaying is one of important economic activities for enterprises.To seeking continuing progress,enterprises should pay attention to management on tax affairs.This paper tries to find a solution of tax management for enterprises,in a tax professional manager's point, based on introducing related management theories to practices of tax managent.There are three parts of main contents.The first,it points out the sense to strengthen tax management after analysing the current problems enterprises are facing in tax management,in addition,provide the theories and methods of tax management from the enterprises'strategical view.The second,it states the main tasks of tax management,they are tax planning,tax risk management,tax basic processes management and communication with tax authorities;The third,it discusses the implementation of tax management ,including organization design,human resource and performance appraisal etc..
