Research On Specialization Of Business Travel Service Development

As Business travel industry is developing by leaps and bounds with the pushing of global economic increasing, specialization of business travel service is becoming the core of the industry value chain day by day.After the sufficient review and comprehensive commentary of basic theory and the definition of relative conception, this dissertation begins with practical application, analyses the specialization of different roles in the business travel market. The trends of the specialization show that service of business travel is constantly dividing and deepening. Since the service of business travel becomes an important module in the organization from a simple agent service, it has the character of producer service. So specialization of business travel service continues to displays as roundabout production and management, deep cooperation inside the service chain and flat division in industry value chain. Moreover, the development of specialization of business travel service is affected by information and communication of technology (ICT) widely and deeply in the background of "e-time".
