Research On The Implementation Mechanism Of Social Responsibility Of State-owned Enterprise

Corporate Social Responsibility in recent years is a hot issue to explore in the profession of the theory and practice. As a state-owned enterprise in China's economic life , dominating the main community, its production will have the same behavior of the non-economic nature, to the workers of state-owned enterprises, the ecological environment, consumers, the public and other stakeholders ,and the legitimate interests of different degrees of damage. State-owned corporate social responsibility is their sustained and healthy development need, and an important component of the building of a harmonious socialist society. However, state-owned enterprises obligation to the community depends on the achievement of perfect implementation mechanism base. In this paper, the implementation mechanism of state-owned corporate social responsibility is a object to study. Starting From the factors of hampering the realization of social responsibility in the internal management structure and the external market environment, and other related constraints, the author is trying to construct a system for the fulfillment of the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises. The paper first reviews the history and current situation of the domestic and foreign corporate social responsibility, and discusses the value basis of state-owned corporate social responsibility, as well as the meaning, standards, scope, mechanisms to achieve of state-owned enterprises social responsibility are defined. Finally, the paper gives the transformation program of internal governance structure for a state-owned enterprise social responsibility to achieve, the channels remodeling external supervisory mechanism, and the corresponding design of system. Wish for China's state-owned enterprises social responsibility laying realistic base of system.
