Research On The Implementation Of Social Responsibilities By State-owned Enterprises In My Country

Corporate Social Responsibility becomes one of the requirements of enterprises when economic developing to a certain stage.This paper analyzes the specific social responsibilities of state-owned enterprises to various stakeholders,and combines the specific practices of Shanghai Yimin Commercial Group in the process of fulfilling social responsibilities,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It has both theoretical and practical significance.This paper first analyzes the meaning of state-owned enterprises and corporate social responsibility,and combines the theory of stakeholders to analyze the social responsibilities of state-owned enterprises in different aspects of various stakeholders.Secondly,it sorts out the development history and current performance of China's state-owned enterprises in fulfilling social responsibility.Taking Shanghai Yimin Commercial Group as an example,analyzing its social responsibilities of various stakeholders and finds out its existing problems.Thirdly,according to the experience of Western enterprises in fulfilling social responsibilities,learning from their multi-party cooperation of the governments,enterprises themselves and social supervision forces.Finally,combined with the theory of public governance,pointing out the public governance path to promote the implementation of social responsibility of state-owned enterprises in China,and gives a series of targeted recommendations for our government,state-owned enterprises and social supervision.According to the stakeholder theory,the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises is divided into six aspects: the responsibility to shareholders,the responsibility to employees,the responsibility to consumers,the responsibility to government,the responsibility to community and the responsibility to environment.According to the theory of Public Governance,corporate social responsibility should seek the synergy of multiple forces: government departments should identify their own functions,improve relevant legal systems and strengthen relevant sense of responsibility;state-owned enterprises themselves need to improve their initiative,establish a social responsibility management system and undertake responsibilities of all stakeholders;social forces should play its own role,and media paradox and industry associations should make effective supervision.
